InnCredible Caterers does it’s best to source as many Hudson Valley and New York Local Products. If perhaps items become out of season, we will make every attempt to source those products domestically.

Stations and Displays

Hudson Valley Farm to Table:
Our chefs will hand select the freshest local products available at our favorite Hudson Valley markets. We will turn these gems into a wonderful expression of the fine quality the Hudson Valley has to offer. (The actual items on the station are customized and change weekly; therefore it will be the chef’s choice on the specific items.)

Charcuterie and Local Cheese Display:
Our selection of Locally Sourced and Imported Cured Meats and Dried Sausage, Fresh Local Farm Cheese and Imported Favorites, Roasted Garlic Hummus, Olives and Artisan Bread.

Taste of Asia:
Sesame Marinated Breast of Chicken Stir Fried with Oriental Vegetables and Ginger Soy Glaze. Accompanied with Thai Peanut accented Udon Noodles. Cooked to order in a classic Wok. Served in white Chinese Take Out containers with Chop Sticks.

Note: This station may require rental of Martini Glasses as this makes for the most elegant way to serve them.

Carne Asada and Taco Bar:

Slider Bar:
Certified Angus Beef Mini Burgers, Bacon, Mini chip Bags, Pickles and Condiments.

Steamed Bao Buns:
Bulgogi style Braised Pork, Sweet Thai Chili Glazed Chicken, Steamed Bao Buns served from Steam Baskets, Pickled Veg Garnish.

Spanish Paella:
Roasted Saffron Rice with Shrimp and Shellfish, Sausage, Chicken, Olives, Peppers and Onion, Served from Large Paella Pans. A Vegetarian version will also be available.

Italian Sunday:
Grandma’s Homemade Meatballs and Italian Sausage simmered for Hours in San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Served with Macaroni and Fresh Italian Bread.

Station-Style Affair

This style of affair has become very popular for people who are not looking for your traditional style. It’s rage is due to the flexibility in timing and the increased dance sets that are permitted. It also allows people to mingle a bit more with the opportunity to sample a wider variety of food items.

Most Station Style affairs have four food stations depending on your proposal and aspirations.
