Our kitchen here at The Clubhouse at Patriot Hills is headed by Executive Chef, Robert Disalvo, who is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY. Robert and his staff prepare all food items on premise in a self sufficient kitchen which allows us to bring ala carté style presentation to your table.
