Inn Credible Caterers, Ltd, was established in May 1989 by president and owner Frank DeBari Sr. Before establishing this company, Mr. DeBari was General Manager of the well known and loved Bear Mountain Inn. Now joined by Frank DeBari Jr., his wife Trish DeBari, award winning Executive Chefs Ed Monahan and Steve Schultz, and other service professionals, our team has years of practical, hands on experience in all facets of the hospitality industry.
Through the years, Inn Credible Caterers has had the privilege of being exclusive operator of some of the Hudson Valley's most prestigious Event Facilities, including The Clubhouse at Patriot Hills, Chalet on the Hudson, Inn at Central Valley, Bear Mountain Inn Complex, Wallkill Golf Club, The Chalet at Spook Rock, The Grille Room at Patriot Hills. We also coordinate off premise catering functions at facilities throughout the Westchester County, Hudson Valley, Northern NJ area.
